What causes spitting
Spitting happens when a little too much e-liquid sits on the coil and gets flicked up as a droplet instead of turning fully to vapour. The common triggers are an over-saturated wick, a very cold start, a hard fast draw that pulls liquid up, and normal condensation that builds inside the airway. Quick fixes that work
First, draw through a tissue held over the mouthpiece so any loose droplets are caught. Then let the device sit upright for ten minutes so the wick re-settles. Take slower, gentler draws rather than sharp pulls. Warming the device briefly in your hand helps if it was cold. Avoid covering the small airflow holes while you draw, because that increases suction and pulls more liquid up.
Spitting is not the same as leaking or gurgling
